Return & Refund Policy

We accept eligible return requests made within 30 days after delivery. Contact support@antewice.com before sending anything back. Do not return an item without authorization.

Eligibility

An item must be unused, unworn where applicable, in its original condition and packaging, and include the supplied accessories and documentation. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty-contact products, cosmetics, adhesive products, intimate goods, personalized goods, gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned unless defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise required by law.

How to request a return

Send the order number, the item and option, the reason for the request, and clear photographs when the item is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete. We will review the request and provide the applicable return instructions and the authorized return destination.

Return shipping

The return instructions will identify responsibility for return shipping according to the reason for the return and mandatory consumer law. Do not send a parcel to the registered business address. Our authorized return address is: Room 405, South Block, Jinwen Digital Valley, Huangtian Subdistrict, Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, China.

Damage, error or missing contents

Contact us promptly and keep the item, shipping label and packaging. If we confirm that the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, we will provide an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Refunds

After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. A bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot promise cancellation after an order has entered processing or dispatch. Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected where applicable.
