Shipping & Delivery Policy

ANTEWICE ships to destinations enabled in checkout. Availability for a country or region is determined by the active Shopify market, product availability and shipping configuration shown at checkout.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping costs USD $6 when the discounted merchandise subtotal before tax and shipping is below USD $36. Standard shipping is free when that subtotal is USD $36 or more. Checkout displays the final available service and charge before payment.

Processing and transit

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 3 business days after confirmation. Estimated transit is 5–15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

When tracking is available, use the link in the shipping email or the Orders area of your customer account. A carrier event may not appear until the parcel receives its first scan.

Confirmed lost parcels

Contact support@antewice.com with the order number, tracking number and delivery details. After the carrier confirms that a parcel is lost, we will arrange a replacement shipment within 3 business days at no additional shipping charge.

Delays and address issues

Severe weather, natural disasters, public-health events, government or customs action, carrier-network disruption and other events outside reasonable control may delay delivery; in those circumstances we do not promise a fixed arrival date or automatic fixed compensation. If a verified delay results from an operational error attributable to us or our logistics partner, we will provide an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address before dispatch.
